摘要
The work deals with study the effect of the NiCrWC catalyst on the composition of the products of catalytic cracking of heavy oil at a temperature of 450 degrees C for 100 minutes is established. The relevance of research aimed at studying the catalytic activity in the processing of heavy oil. It has been installed that the addition of NiCr-WC promotes the retardation of coke and asphaltenes formation and an increase in the destruction of high-molecular components of heavy oil. The use of a catalyst makes it possible to increase the yield of gasoline and diesel fractions by 35.8 wt % compared to the initial oil. Due to the formation of gaseous products, the removal of 2 wt % of sulfur from oil is observed. The data of X-ray phase analysis and scanning electron microscopy show that metal oxides are sulfidized on the surface of nichrome particles to form sulfides of these metals. It was found that NixSy and CrxSy formed on the catalyst surface contribute to an increase in the degradation of oil resins and asphaltenes.
