摘要
There have been a growing number of studies on the different contents where Children ' s and Young Adult Literature (Ch/ YA) can be diffused, but there are not many studies centered on those using virtual media exclusively. In this realm blogs are outstanding for their ability to make content known while allowing visitors of the site to exchange and collaborate, giving rise to the term "Ch/YA Blogs 2.0". Exploring its potential as a didactic tool is justified, due its ability to enhance reading skills and provide orientation to teaching staff, especially in cross-sectional classroom topics, such as gender equality education. This paper aims to analyze how these blogs incorporate the gender perspective when building their web universe; as an exploratory study, samples of Ch/YA Blogs 2.0 by women authors are considered. After a pre-analysis process with a sample of ten blogs, four of them were selected, and their contribution is analyzed in detail. The methodology used is qualitative in nature based on 24 categories, extracted from alvarez & Chillida (2006). The results obtained demonstrate that three of the four blogs do not fulfil 35% or more of the categories.
