摘要
After ten years of experimental use, dual-energy contrast-enhanced mammography now benefits from recommendations for approved indications and potential indications, on the strength of a growing national deployment, possibilities of biopsies since 2021, approval of the Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (Bi-Rads) common lexicon since 2022 and finally a recent specific quotation. Its use is validated when contrast imaging is necessary but MRI contraindicated, and possible without contraindication to MRI when contrast imaging is recommended. (c) 2023 Elsevier Masson SAS.
