摘要
This study aimed to explore the influence of intensive care unit (ICU) optimization treatment combined with holistic nursing intervention on the neurological function and consciousness recovery of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Sixtyeight successful resuscitated patients with cardiac arrest were included, with 34 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and holistic nursing intervention in the ICU, while those in the observation group were given an optimal treatment plan and holistic nursing intervention. The mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time in the ICU, cardiac index, whole heart end-diastolic volume index, neurological function, and complication rate of the two groups were observed. The results showed that compared with the control group, the mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was shortened, the cardiac index was decreased, and the whole heart end-diastolic volume index was increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the number of patients in the observation group with neurological function grades 1-2 increased, and the number of patients with neurological function grades 3-5 decreased after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in ICU hospitalization time or complication rate (P>0.05). The optimal treatment plan and holistic nursing intervention for patients with postcardiac arrest syndrome had good curative effects on cerebral resuscitation, which can improve the neurological function of the patients and promote their consciousness recovery.
