摘要：
The acute toxicity and analgesic activity of six compounds of the 5-aryl-4-hetaroyl-3-hydroxy-1-hydroxyalkyl-3-pyrrolin-2-one series were studied. The studied compounds had low toxicity and exhibited analgesic activity. Manifestation of the analgesic effect was associated with a thiophene ring and a 2-hydroxyethyl radical in the structures of the compounds.
