AESTHETIC EDUCATION IN THE INITIAL FORMATION OF PEDAGOGY THROUGH LITERARY EXPERIENCES: WHAT DO THE THESES PUBLISHED IN BRAZIL SAY?

摘要
We aim to identify what the theses published in Brazil say about aesthetic education, through literary experiences, in the initial training of teachers in the Pedagogy course. Twenty theses were located at CAPES and BDTD - IBICT, of which two were selected. As a result, Moraes' thesis (2015) showed that: i) there is not a single proposal for aesthetic education at the university; ii) the appropriation of artistic knowledge is fundamental for educational work. Queiros's thesis (2019) showed, on the other hand, demonstrated: i) lack of policies that take effect with the reality of readers; ii) literary reading deficiency in graduation; iii) lack of enthusiasm on the part of undergraduates; and, iii) absence of protagonism in face of the formation itself. We hope that the research can contribute to reflect on the theme presented.
