摘要
This paper presents a phase shifter in a 28-nm FD-SOI CMOS technology, which is suitable for automotive radar sensor applications in the 75-81 GHz band. The circuit exploits a switching vector modulator solution, which allows high phase accuracy to be achieved. Indeed, RMS phase and gain errors are as low as 2.2 degrees and 0.14 dB, respectively. This performance is provided with a 1-V supply voltage and a low power consumption of 9 mW.
