摘要
Sport and health is a field of social behavior that has been showing changes due to the influences derived from physical activity that contributes to the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes. Sport influences health by reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Sport improves reasoning, learning and judgment skills. The objective of this article was to analyze bibliometrically the trend of scientific publications in the Sport and Health Magazine. To achieve this, a systematic review of scientific literature was carried out in the Scopus database (SLR) of 113 articles published, from January 2012 to June 2022. Nine questions were worked on that explored three themes: characteristics, technologies and designs with lines of innovation. in the Sports and Health Magazine. Validation was based on the criteria of the University of York: inclusion and exclusion, relevance and description of data, as well as peer review in the analysis. The findings show networks of co-terms, which develop the identification of sport and health. It is concluded that the Sport and Health Magazine provides a combination of characteristics, strategies and processes to address the complexity of contemporary sports culture, with a holistic, interdisciplinary understanding and change in the way of doing research in these times.
