摘要
Nurses often struggle to understand and perform statistical analyses on professional projects. A pre-post interventional design was utilized for a virtual statistics-based curriculum, where nurses received short les-sons with remaining time spent on attendee questions. Surveys measured perceived confidence with statistical concepts and yielded significant improvements in attendees' confidence for performing statistical analyses. Nurses scored the programs as highly useful. The need for statistically focused professional development for nurses can be addressed by similar programs.(c) 2023 Organization for Associate Degree Nursing. Published by Elsevier Inc.
