摘要
The assessment is a matter of vital importance in the context of the Physical Education class, especially in the student population. The objective was to describe the perception that high school students have about the assessment in the Physical Education class. A mixed, non-experimental descriptive and case study design was developed; a questionnaire on perceptions of evaluation in Physical Education class was applied to a probabilistic sample of 456 students, from 6th to 11th grade, from an educational institution in a Colombian municipality, complemented by the performance of 6 semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that students in general have a favorable perception of the assessment in the Physical Education class, which is better in secondary school students; also, it was found that hetero-evaluation and self-evaluation are the main evaluative tendencies in the class. It is concluded that it is relevant to delve into the conceptions and opinions of the students, since their favorable positions, without being the highest, imply a challenge in the teaching work, who must attend to the voices of their students and improve their teaching in the class.
