摘要
The applicability of UV-Vis spectrophotometry for evaluating the efficiency of complexation of & beta;-cyclodextrin (& beta;CD) or hydroxypropyl-& beta;-cyclodextrin (HP & beta;CD) with colorless and colored active substances and for controlling the fixation strength of the complexes on a cellulose-containing material was studied using the lysochrome diazo dye Sudan III (1-{[4-(phenyldiazenyl)phenyl]diazenyl}naphthalen-2-ol) as the model compound. Based on the results obtained, the fixation strength of the inclusion complexes with HP & beta;CD is higher than that of the complexes with & beta;CD.
