摘要
We report the synthesis of tungsten oxide/Mo-derivatives incorporated graphene, h-WO3/MoO3/MoS2/rGO nanocomposite as an efficient electrocatalyst for the simultaneous determination of DA and UA. The composite was prepared via the simple hydrothermal method which invoked interesting morphological and structural changes to the composite's components that were explored using the XRD, Raman, XPS and TEM character-ization techniques. Under optimized conditions, the electroanalytical quantification in DPV exhibited two wide linear ranges of 1.25-194 mu M and 244-495 mu M for DA detection and a broad linear response of 10-1330 mu M for UA detection. The LOD was found to be 0.539 mu M and 2.402 mu M for DA and UA respectively. The sensor's anti -interference, repeatability, reproducibility and stability properties were also evaluated. Finally, the applicability in simultaneous detection of DA and UA in RT samples of human blood and urine samples were also successfully assessed whose results validates the sensor's reliability.
