摘要
The aim of this research was to obtain evidence of the validity and reliability of the Mental Health Continuum -Short Form (MHC-SF) (Keyes, 2009). The sample consisted of 1,042 young Mexican university students from 18 to 24 years of age (M=20.5, DS=1.9). From those, 78.4% were women (817). The Mental Health Continuum-Short Form (MHC-SF) was administered online. Descriptive, reliability, structural equations, and invariance analyzes were performed. A three-dimensional model was obtained with satisfactory fit indices (X2 (74)=476.721, p<.001, RMSEA=.07, SRMR=.08, CFI = .95,) and reliability indicators in the three dimensions were also satisfactory. The invariance analysis (configurational, metric, scalar, and strict) of the scale by sex showed adequate fit indices. It is concluded that the scale presents adequate psychometric properties to be applied to the Mexican population.
