摘要：

The number of persons in the United States with Alzheimer disease will approach 14 million by 2060. New anti-amyloid-beta infusions have been shown to reduce the volume of amyloid plaques on positron emission tomography scans and slow disease progression for patients with Alzheimer disease-related mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia. This commentary provides guidance to help physicians carefully communicate potential benefits and harms of this therapy.
