Exile in a mutual acceptance

This article is a sincere tribute to the memory of Dr. Pablo Posada Varela, a Spanish phenomenologist whom I had the opportunity to meet personally. His enigmatic soul and alluring manners raised in me a lasting impression, still full of future and welcoming wishes. Here, I have focused on Posada Varela's study of a poem by Antonio Machado, discovering the << galleries of the soul >>, defined as the most intimate places in our emotional lives. Following his teacher and mentor Marc Richir, Posada Varela explains that these galleries open at different levels in the architecture of subjectivity. So, we have read the Spanish phenomenologist's interpretation of Machado by turning to Richir's own texts and realized that the phenomenology of exile outlined by Posada Varela could be understood as a thinking of what we already call the << mutual acceptance >>.
