The results indicate the presence or prevalence of burnout syndrome in university professors in Latin America, according to the percentages obtained in each dimension of burnout: Emotional exhaustion (AE), Depersonalization (DE), and Low Personal Realization (RP), finding relationships between burnout and labor, organizational, sociodemographic aspects and particular personal situations such as age, sex, having children and years of work experience.
