摘要
In this paper, a microwave heating system controlled by temperature is presented. Each system component is described, and the system's design is provided. The system uses a solid-state microwave generator as the source. The power delivery method is also discussed, and the waveguide environment is shown. An infrared temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature of the sample which is then fed to a python program to control the operation of the microwave generator. A study of the temperature profile for three different power levels is shown with and without using the control system. Using a preset temperature range, the system has proven the ability to keep the sample in the desired temperature range
