摘要
To obtain highly sensitive and selective artificial nano-peroxidase, the ternary FeSx/MoS2@rGO nanocomposite with heterostructure was successfully fabricated by hydrothermal reaction in this work. Compared with FeSx@rGO, MoS2@rGO and single component, ternary FeSx/MoS2@rGO nanocomposite exhibits the enhanced peroxidase-like activity due to the unique heterointerface between FeSx and MoS2, in which Fe-II and Fe-III in FeSx could activated H2O2 to generated center dot OH radical owing to Fenton-like reaction, meanwhile, Mo can also catalyze the conversion reaction of Fe-II and Fe-III center dot As an optimal collaborative consequence, FeSx/MoS2@rGO nanocomposite exhibits two response ranges for H2O2 sensing in the range of 1-150 mu M and 150 500 mu M, and the corresponding limit of detection (LOD) are 0.17 mu M and 0.51 mu M, respectively, being lower than those of most reported relevant nanozymes.
