摘要
The essay studies the novel twin-roll inclined casting system under the adaptive fuzzy control based on command filtering. Specifically, the nonaffine nonlinear twin-roll inclined casting system is decoupled into an affine nonlinear system by applying the mean value theorem and the implicit function theorem. Subsequently, the problems of unknown and smooth nonaffine nonlinear functions have been solved by the fuzzy logic systems, and the combination of the backstepping technique and command filter can avoid the complexity explosion problem in the backstepping procedure, and peculiarly, the constructed fuzzy adaptive controller only requires one adaptive parameter, which will make the proposed control scheme more effective for the twin-roll inclined casting system. Furthermore, the compensation signal is designed to eliminate the errors caused by the command filter to achieve better tracking effect. Finally, based on the simulation experiment results, it is proved that the tracking errors can converge to a sufficiently small neighborhood, ensuring that all closed-loop signals are bounded.
