In this paper, we have reported the structural, morphological, complex impedance, complex modulus, and dielectric analyzes of La0.6Bi0.1Sr0.15Ca0.15Mn0.9Cu0.1O3 polycrystalline synthesized by sol-gel process. X-ray diffraction refinement reveals that our material is characterized by phase mixtures of rhombohedral and tetragonal structures with R<(3)over bar >c and I4/mcm space groups, respectively. As for the electric measurements, the dependence on the frequency of the complex impedance was studied at room temperature. The existence of electrical relaxation behavior is revealed, indicating the semi-conductor character of the compound. A comparative study of impedance and modulus responses versus frequency suggests the presence of short-range charge carrier motion. The dielectric analysis indicates a hopping conductivity mechanism in the perovskite material.
