摘要
The present study investigates three types of Fe-Si-B-C-Crnon-crystallinemagnetic powder and their effects on the magnetic properties of softmagnetic composites. Specifically, the study examines the impact ofheat treatment temperature and particle size distribution. The resultsindicate a positive correlation between the size of the magnetic powderparticles and saturation magnetization. Changes in heat treatmenttemperature similarly affected the magnetic properties of the threesoft magnetic composites, with the optimal temperature for heat treatmentdetermined to be 460 & DEG;C. Nonlinear fitting was used to separatethe total loss, and it was found that non-crystalline soft magneticcomposites made with small-sized magnetic powder exhibited lower eddycurrent loss under MHz magnetic field conditions. The relaxation phenomenonobserved in the hysteresis loop with increasing frequency under adynamic magnetic field explains the mechanism of power loss variationin soft magnetic composite materials with respect to magnetic fieldfrequency and magnetic induction intensity. A high-performance non-crystallinesoft magnetic composite with a power consumption of 372 kW/m(3) was obtained at a magnetic induction intensity of 20 mT and a frequencyof 1 MHz. Which demonstrated excellent stability under MHz magneticfield conditions as well as excellent DC bias characteristics, witha relative permeability above 90% under a DC bias magnetic field of7.96 kA/m.
