摘要
This work analyzes the game Life is Strange, looking for elements of discussion about the game's poetics and design and how they contribute to immersion, agency and transformation according to the user's experience. The method used was close reading and the game was observed under the analytical lens of the twelve dimensions of analysis of interactive narratives by Roth and Koenitz. The main results indicate that elements of game construction and design can limit user autonomy, decreasing agency support. In addition, eudaimonic affection and appreciation, despite being listed in the context of transformation, also tend to expand immersion. The same goes for the opposite, that is, immersion, amplifies the transformation, which denotes that all aspects can relate to each other and contribute to a good enjoyment of the game.
