摘要：
Two new Eriophyes species are described and illustrated on tamarisk (athel) plants from Egypt. They are Eriophyes aegyptitamarix sp. nov., collected from the base of leaves and twigs of Tamarix senegalensis DC. (Tamaricaceae) and caused rusting symptoms, and Eriophyes gizaensis sp. nov., collected from rounded green galls on buds and twigs of T. senegalensis. The adult and immature stages of both species are described a nd illustrated.
