摘要
At present, the term business entrepreneurship is recurrent in various settings, mainly in universities. Hence, it was necessary to study the potential and effective capacity of university youth entrepreneurship in Peru; experts and university students from at least four universities were consulted. For this, the analysis was proposed based on: social skills, attitude towards opportunities, cognitive skills, positive self-evaluation and continuity and coping skills. The selection of one hundred and twenty students was necessary to apply a survey of fifty questions; instrument validated by expert judgment and with a reliability by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.887. As a result of the processing, it was obtained that all the variables under study have a direct effect on the effective capacity of entrepreneurship in Peruvian youth. Reaching this relationship allows us to compare the Peruvian university scenario with similar research in other latitudes and provide teaching staff with essential elements to promote and develop basic characters from the classroom to motivate entrepreneurship in students.
