摘要：
A one-pot synthesis of 2H-thiopyrans from beta- amino enones has been developed. Sequential treatment of beta-amino enones with the Lawesson ' s reagent and electron-deficient dienophiles (maleic anhydride and maleimides) in dichloromethane gave 2H-thiopyran derivatives in 25-62% yields.
