摘要
Rubia cordifolia L. belongs to Rubiaceae family. Its medicinal parts are mainly root and rhizome, which Rubia corfo ia L. belongs to Rubiaceae family. ts medicinal parts are mainy root and rhzome, which is included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020), has the effect of cooling blood and stopping bleeding, is included in the Chinese Pharacopoeia (2 20), has t e effc f cooling blood and sopping bleeding, removing stasis and channeling menstruation. However, studies on the hemostatic effect of R. cordifolia mainly focus on extracts, and the hemostc components are lss studid. Therefore, chemical constituents removing stasis and cha neling menstruation. Therefore, chemical constituents and coagulant activity of R. cordifolia were investigated in this paper. Eleven compounds were isolated coagulant activity of R. cordfolia were investigated in this paper. Eleven compounds were islated and identified from R. cordifolia, including 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone (1), 1,4-dihydroxy-2methylathraquinone (2), palmtic acid (3), tricosanic acid (4), omega-hydroxypachybasin (5), ursolic acid (6), and identified from R c rdifolia, including 1-hydroxy-2-methy -9,10-anthraquinone (1), ,4-dihydroxy-2olanolic acid (7), rubilactone (8), beta-sitosteol (9), cordfoliol (10), 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymethyl-9,10methylanthraquino e (2), palmitic cid (3), tricosan ic acid (4), omega-hydroxypachybasin (5), ursolic acid (6), oleanolic acid (7), rubilactne (8), beta-sito tero (9), cordifolol (10), 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymetl-9,10 anthraquinone (11). omega-Hydroxypachybasin was isolated from Rubia genus for the first time. 1,4-Dihydroxy2-methylanthraquinone, rubilactone and 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymethyl-9,10-anraquinone could remarkably anthraquinone (11). omega-Hydroxypachyba in was isolated from Rubia genus for the first time. 1,4-Dihydroxy2-methylanthraquinone, rubilacone and 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymehyl-9,10-anthraquinoe ould shorten the plasma calcium coating time in vitro, thus indicating that they had procoagulant activity.(c) 2023 Beijing Academy of Food .
