Operation and charge dynamics of organic-inorganic hybrid halide C6H4NH2CuBr2I photoelectrode in aqueous solution

摘要
The application of halide perovskites containing organic and inorganic lead is hindered by their toxicity and chemical instability in solution. In this study, an organic-inorganic hybrid halide C6H4NH2CuBr2I photoelectrode was fabricated, and its photoelectrochemical properties and charge dynamics in aqueous solution were analyzed. The C6H4NH2CuBr2I photoelectrode provided stable photocurrent output in aqueous solution. The charge diffuse length was lower than that of Pb-based perovskite star materials by 3-4 orders of magnitude, thereby causing the photocurrent to be considerably lower than that in the CH3NH3PbI3 halide perovskite.
