摘要
Herein we report the arylation of Troger's base via the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction through aqueous micellar catalysis. The developed reaction conditions enabled us to prepare a variety of different derivatives with Troger's base skeleton, using a low catalytic loading of the readily available Pd(OAc)(2) catalyst and under environmentally friendly aqueous conditions.
