摘要
Recently, polypropylene is receiving a lot of attention as an insulating polymer for eco-friendly HVDC power cables. In addition, heat is generated inside the power cable during operation. Therefore, in this paper, the influence of thermal stress on the electrical conduction behavior of insulating polymers for eco-friendly power cables was studied. Samples that were thermally degraded for each period were prepared and the electrical conduction current was measured. The conduction mechanism was analyzed based on the acquired data.
