摘要：
The article presents the general outline of state policy sources in postSoviet political doctrine. The wide range of questions, related to conception, systematization and application of state policy sources in post-Soviet countries is reflected. The main scientific approaches (legal, political, economic and social) to understanding the essence of public policy sources in post-Soviet doctrine are disclosed. On their comparison are showed the fundamental differences in views at public policy sources by representatives of main post-Soviet scientific schools. Based on post-Soviet political practice, legislation of CIS-countries and modern political scientific researches the conceptual approach to solving topical issues of determination public policy sources is developed.
