Construction of Bi2S3/Ti3C2Tx layered composites for highly efficient electromagnetic wave absorption

摘要
As electronic information technology is developing rapidly, the advancement of high-efficiency electromagnetic absorbing mate-rials has attracted extensive attention. Herein, we report the suc-cessful synthesis of a Bi2S3/Ti3C2Tx composite using a solvothermal method. By introducing Bi2S3 to regulate the composite's dielectric parameters and polarization interface, an outstanding absorbing performance was obtained. According to the testing results, the optimal reflection loss of the Bi2S3/Ti3C2Tx composite was -50.66 dB with a thickness of 1.11 mm, and the maximum effective absorp-tion bandwidth (EAB) was 3.89 GHz at 1.2 mm. The synergic effect of the Ti3C2Tx multilayer structure and Bi2S3 interface polarization is conducive to the multiple resonator reflections of the incident elec-tromagnetic wave and the effective loss of electromagnetic wave at the polarization interface, which can significantly improve the elec-tromagnetic wave absorption performance. The current study paves a way for preparing ultra-thin metal sulfide materials with high elec-tromagnetic wave absorption.
