摘要
We study the quantum backflow problem for a massless charged Dirac fermion constrained to move on a ring of radius R. Using the relativistic current operator for states of definite magnetic quantum number it is shown that quantum backflow takes place on the ring. We also study the backflow problem on the line and it is shown that unlike massive fermions, massless fermions do not exhibit quantum backflow.(c) 2023 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
