摘要
A new oleanane-type triterpenoid, 3-oxo-olean-11(12)-en-28-oic acid (1) and four known oleananes (2-5), have been isolated from the Chisocheton macrophyllus King fruit. The chemical structures were unambiguously established through extensive spectroscopic data analysis of IR, HR-MS, and NMR. The cytotoxic effect of the compounds was evaluated against MCF-7 and A-549 cells. All compounds had no cytotoxic activity against both cell lines.
