摘要
The training of students in the legal sector from the universities constitutes an element of great importance within the government system for the country. The constant updating in the legal system that organizes the Public Administration of Ecuador is vital, since it has had several changes with the emergence of the Constitution of the Republic of 2008, with the objective of establishing, identifying and substantiating each administrative procedure for the faithful compliance with the efficiency and effectiveness of the Public Administration. The objective of this work is to analyze the treatment in the educational teaching process of professionals in training from the university career on those current processes and procedures that the Public Administration has to attend to the different services and procedures of the public sector. The repeal of laws and the entry into force of the General Organic Code of Processes led to the design of new rules for challenging the acts and actions of the Public Administration, which led to the need to develop changes in administrative processes. Therefore, the systematic updating of law students during their professional training.
