摘要
Adolescents is one of the most affected social groups by exclusion, specifically, those in conflict with law. Consequently, social policies have had to reinvent themselves, offering the practice of sport as an educational response to face this challenge. This study focuses on two main points in a related way: the group of youth offenders and the practice of sport as a strategy for social inclusion. Indispensable results are presented for the development of future inclusive physical-sports programs and for good practice in higher academic education, considering the perspective of the minors and the professionals. The qualitative analysis of the sports program of an educational center for judicial actions shows in what ways sport promotes the development of social skills and prevents risk situations.
