摘要:
Reducing the grid-connected volatility of wind farms and improving the frequency regulation capability of wind farms are one of the mainstream issues in current research. Energy storage system has broad application prospects in promoting wind power integration. However, the overcharge and over-discharge of batteries in wind storage systems will adversely affect the service life of energy storage. In order to avoid the risk of overcharge and over-discharge of energy storage and the lack of frequency modulation capability, an energy storage SOC optimization method based on Bollinger Bands is proposed. When the system is in the frequency modulation mode, the strategy realizes the dynamic optimization of the energy storage SOC to control the energy storage SOC in a safe range, so that it can meet the regulation requirements of the wind storage system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of power grid examples.
