摘要
The research objective is to determine the effectiveness of Undiksha's online physical education platform for increasing students' concentration, comprehension of learning materials, and intrinsic motivation. The article used a quantitative descriptive research method with a survey design. The paper examines the issues of physical education of higher education students using distance technologies. The study was conducted based on the Department of Physical Education at a university in China. Students were offered a distance learning course in physical education using the computerized Undiksha platform. It can be seen from the study data that students' concentration in the learning process is very high and amounts to 90% when learning online using Undiksha, while 85% of students have a very high level of understanding of the learning material. Based on the data, one can conclude that using Undiksha e-learning as a physical education tool during the pandemic is quite effective.
