Immunophenotype of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Epicardial and Perivascular Adipose Tissue in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

摘要
The work was aimed to evaluate the immunophenotype of adiposetissue stem cells isolated from epicardial and perivascular fatdepots in patients with coronary heart disease and acquired heart disease.In cell culture obtained from epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) andperivascular adipose tissue (PVAT) (second passage) of patientswith both coronary heart disease and acquired heart disease, therewas a high (over 90%) expression of membrane proteins characteristicof stem cells. In addition to a major cell population, the two minorwere found both in EAT and in PVAT cell cultures: (1) CD90(-),CD105(+), CD34(-/+),CD73(+), CD45(-) (putativeendothelial), and (2) CD90(+), CD105(-),CD34(-), CD73(-),CD45(-) (the smallest). Thus, at earlystages of cultivation, mesenchymal cells of the stromal vascularfraction isolated from EAT and PVAT express surface markers characteristicof adipose tissue stem cells.
