摘要
The research work presented here is an attempt to characterise the complex concept of pedagogical renewal in the current period. At the same time, it attempts to delimit some boundaries between this concept and that of educational innovation. To this end, the discourses of twelve experts and practitioners, "referents" in this educational field, have been analysed. The method followed is part of the Critical Discourse Studies (ECD) approach, specifically using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Semi-structured interviews were used as an instrument for collecting information. From the analysis of the discourses of the experts participating in the research, a system of categories has been inferred which has made it possible to delimit the main characteristics of pedagogical renewal at the present time. The results reveal the multifaceted meaning of the term studied, show the dimensions that allow its characterisation and the features that differentiate it from the concept of innovation. The discussion considers the need to incorporate new voices in its discourse from decolonial theories, ecologism, autonomous and community feminism, degrowth... In short, from the theories of the commons, thus seeking a reshaping and reactivation of pedagogical renewal at the present time.
