摘要
Vascular injuries in head and neck trauma can present life-threatening emergencies that require a prompt and accurate diagnosis to prevent devas-tating sequelae. Clinical suspicion and early imag-ing evaluation are crucial, as timely management reduces the incidence of stroke and death. Although CTA remains the leading imaging tech-nique and DSA remains the gold standard, newer techniques can help discern indeterminate find-ings, add value in follow-up, and direct treatment decisions.
