摘要
The authors of the paper address the problem of tourist zones organization in the Siberian region, rich in a variety of natural complexes and objects. Despite the generally recognized value and importance of natural complexes, the practice of forming tourist recreation centers indicates a lack of attention to an eco-saving approach that preserves the environmental heritage. Often, it damages the ecology of the Siberian region. The authors claim the reason is that there is the lack of a well-developed and justified program for action in this direction, which determines the relevance of the study. This problem is quite serious, since the preservation of the diversity and richness of the Siberian environmental heritage is important not only from the standpoint of saving material (natural) resources, but also as a symbolic reserve for the formation of national and cultural identity. The purpose of the paper is to conceptualize the features of the tourist zones formation in Siberian region, ensuring the preservation of its significant natural complexes and objects. The authors, basing on the systematization of practical experience and analysis of single centers, discover a number of important components in the organization of tourist complexes in Siberia. As a result, the general principles of the recreational and tourist spaces formation that ensure the preservation of environmental heritage are identified, which determines the novelty of the work done. These include the following five principles: 1) The use of pile structures in the construction of tourist facilities that minimize anthropogenic impact on the existing ecosystem. 2) Locally-produced products trade has a positive impact on the development of the economy of the Siberian region. 3) Organization of various types of tourist leisure and entertainment events, ideologically oriented to the preservation of the existing ecology. 4) Creating a comfortable living environment in recreational and tourist spaces, which allows attracting tourist flows with different target audiences. 5) The formation of regional identity in the architectural environment that emphasizes the unique appearance of the Siberian region and is an integral part in the creation and design of modern tourist complexes. The authors draw conclusions that the above principles are obligatory for the creation of recreational and tourist spaces of the Siberian region that meet the trends of modern eco-tourism and increase the attractiveness for the consumer.
