摘要
Arab Muslims have different sleeping habits, especially Siesta sleep patterns. Sleep problems are common among elders, and older adults need good quality sleep to maintain their quality of life. Moreover, polyphasic and biphasic siesta sleep patterns are linked to daytime tiredness. Our study sought to characterize the overall sleep quality, and severity of sleep issues among Omani adults using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) [1] in the community of Al Fleij village located in Wilayat Sur, belonging to the province of Al Sharqiya South with a population of 64,000.
