摘要
Herein, three-block poly(amino acid)s polymers were obtained, and the structure of the polymer and intermediate products were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. The molecular weight and distribution of the polymer were analyzed by GPC, which showed the product conforms to the molecular design. The Pn-M nanoparticles were prepared by nano precipitation method. TEM and DLS results showed that the nanoparticles had spherical core-shell structure, mean grain size of the nanoparticles was smaller than 100 nm, and the dispersion (PDI) was narrow. Drug-loaded nanoparticles can be widely distributed in cells, and the material itself has good affinity for cells. as the pH decreased, the cumulative release rate of nanoparticles was accelerated, showing obvious targeted release effect. The synthesis of this material and the preparation of nanoparticles are expected to be used in the biomedical field.
