摘要：

The objective of this study is to propose the design and development of an educational intervention program for young adult offenders who are subject to conditional suspension of sentence in the city of Guayaquil. A review of the specialized literature on the educational needs of juvenile delinquents and effective educational interventions for their social re-integration was carried out. The design of research instruments to collect information about their educa-tional needs was proposed, as well as an educational intervention plan to adjust to their individual needs and characteristics. Finally, the proposed educatio-nal intervention plan was evaluated. The proposed educational intervention plan includes an initial eva-luation, the design of personalized educational and training activities, a tutoring program, individual and group therapy, the use of positive reinforcement, and ongoing evaluation and follow-up. This plan is tailored to the needs and characteristics of juveni-le offenders subject to conditional suspension. The application and practical evaluation of the proposal made is recommended to guarantee the realization of continuous improvement.
