摘要
The Constitution of Ecuador, as a guarantor, establishes a regime of guarantees to protect the rights of citizens. Recognizes arbitration, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures and highlights the preference for non-judicial methods. The injustice in procedural systems justifies the importance of conflict resolution alternatives such as arbitration and mediation. In this context, the objective of this work is to analyse arbitration and mediation of conflict resolution through university integration. It was concluded that it is the purpose of universities to prepare future professionals to address the contemporary challenges of the legal system and contribute to the construction of a more just and peaceful society.
