摘要
Diabetic gastroparesis is a common complication of diabetes that may lead to poor nutrition, problems managing blood glucose, and a reduced quality of life. Jiawei Sijunzi soup has been shown to benefit patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis while causing no serious side effects. In this study, we investigated the possible effects of Jiawei Sijunzi soup on the progression of diabetic gastroparesis in a rat model induced by streptozotocin. The results show that Jiawei Sijunzi soup reduced inflammation and oxidative stress and improved the pathological features of gastric tissue in diabetic gastroparesis. The target of Jiawei Sijunzi soup in diabetic gastroparesis was analyzed based on network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques. The results show activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway by Jiawei Sijunzi soup in the rat model of diabetic gastroparesis.
