摘要
This article deals with some common elements that we believe can be found between Spinoza and Lacan. Without overlooking the differences, we refer to some shared concepts and issues, such as the revaluation of affects and drives, the centrality of the concepts of body and desire, the importance of traces or vestigium in the constitution of subjects or 'modes', as well as the conception of a healing or liberation through the power of analysis and knowledge. Our task is to take certain Lacanian references or sentences that refer directly or indirectly to Spinoza and to contrast how Spinoza himself understands them within the framework of his philosophical system. At the same time, through these instances we will seek to contribute elements on the way in which Lacan manages to link Spinozas philosophy to his own theoretical development.
