摘要
Vignette: After the formation of a new hospital-employed gastroenterology group, comprising a minority woman and 2 white men, hospital administrators propose quality measures to achieve bonus compensation. The proposal includes patient satisfaction scores, endoscopy staff evaluations, response time for inbox messages, and adenoma detection rates (ADR). The woman physician expresses that quality measures should include objective data like colonoscopy withdrawal time instead of measures subject to bias. Copyright © 2023 The Author(s).
