摘要
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the power to revolutionize the field of education by enhancing teaching and learning experiences, improving student outcomes, and streamlining administrative tasks. The current study seeks to address the role of ChatGPT in enhancing students' learning outcomes. A sample of Moroccan higher education institutions (HEIs) students was collected through an online questionnaire using a convenience sampling method. The gathered data were processed through partial least squares technique. The findings reveal that output quality influence on perceived usefulness, ChatGPT use, and student satisfaction. Similarly, social influence significantly influences on perceived usefulness and ChatGPT use. The perceived ease of use significantly influence on perceived usefulness and student satisfaction. In addition, the ChatGPT perceived usefulness positively influence ChatGPT use, and students' satisfaction, leading to enhance individual impact. These outcomes provide a number of useful recommendations and implications for HEIs' managers to consider regarding how they might take action to renovate teaching practices in today's digital age.
