Vancomycin to Prevent Recurrent C. difficile Infection This feature about a patient recently treated for C. difficile infection who now needs intravenous antibiotics offers a case vignette accompanied by two essays, one supporting use of oral vancomycin for C. difficile prophylaxis and the other not supporting it.
